For the ones curious about infusing Reiki and Breathwork into their own personal healing practices and journey. This workshop will provide clarity and an abundance of guidance on these specific healing modalities that can offer your world the shift or transformation that you may be currently feeling into.

We will explore what Reiki and Breathwork is, how to incorporate them into our daily routines and rituals through hands on practice and why these modalities are powerful conductors of healing within our physical, mental, emotional and energetic body’s.

This class is perfect for the one feeling the call to become a Reiki Practitioner or just simply wants to deepen their personal healing practice.

Join Amber for a deeply relaxing and nourishing ceremony for your soul.

During this two hour class we will be nurturing our minds and bodies through self exploration, breathwork, guided visualization & melting in reiki infused restorative yoga.

Restorative Yoga is a beautiful and gentle movement medicine of supported poses designed to induce deep relaxation, create spaciousness in the body and mind and surrender to the present moment.

Reiki is a form of light touch energy healing that promotes further relaxation in the body and peace in the mind.

What to bring:

Your mat (a bolster, 2 blocks and a blanket if on hand)

Eye Pillow or Hand Towel

Journal & Pen

Dress comfortably and wear your cozy socks
