“Do we keep and absorb, or do we let it go and eliminate it?”

With the last Full “Cold” Moon of the year in Gemini, this potent energy invites us to explore where we can bring closure, reflection and clarity into our lives. We are encouraged to close chapters and realign with deeper wisdom for our purpose and journey ahead. This is a perfect time to sit in community and connection as we collectively reflect on all that was, to release and prepare for all that will be.

During our sacred time together we will:

Open in a grounding body scan with intentional slow movement while remaining close to the earth

Invite breathwork to drop into the wisdom of our lungs and solar plexus

Venture on an inward journey through a chakra focused guided mediation and visualization

Be held in a Reiki Infused Sound Bath that will incorporate hot stones, placement of sound on or around the body and gentle hands on Reiki

To close out our ceremony, we will come together in ritual as we integrate and reflect on what came up for us with opportunities to share your voice and story.
