Are you ready to immerse yourself in a cozy and relaxing experience held at Sattvic Wellness Center? Kimberly, Owner of Kimberly Unger Healing Arts and myself will be guiding you in a restorative candle lit evening blended with Guided Meditation, Breathwork, Reiki Energy and Sound Healing.

This will be a moment to pause and melt into deep yummy relaxation for your mind, body, nervous system and soul.

We will open our time together by dropping into a soulful guided visualization while incorporating grounding breathwork to prepare the mind and body to receive the nourishing combination of Reiki Healing Energy and a supportive + nurturing Sound Bath that you are destined to melt in.

To close, we will end with a reflective moment of journaling and a closing ritual to integrate and alchemize what is currently moving through you and explore what is ready to arrive.

This event will carry the energy of the Waning Crescent Moon in Virgo. A time of refinement, letting go, purification and grounding down in preparation of new beginnings with the New Moon ahead.
