An intentional Ceremony for your Soul. A private 1:1 healing session where you will be supported in Intuitive Massage, Gentle Meditative Breath Work, Body Awareness & Restorative Yoga while being infused with Reiki and Sound healing throughout our time together. We conclude with session feedback and guidance for your journey ahead.

•Arrive 5-10 minutes early to get adjusted to the space

•Bring a water bottle for hydration
•Bring a journal and writing tool for any note taking you may find necessary

•Create a sacred space for yourself to receive your session ex. Incorporate your favorite tools, crystals, sacred herbs to burn or spray, essential oils to anoint, props for comfort

After your session, spend the rest of your day in sacred self devotion and nourishing self care. A few suggestions: drink plenty of water, run yourself a detox bath, whole food nourishment, hold awareness around your body and emotions, journal on anything that may be coming up for you and take note of the messages that come through in your dream state

Reiki is a hands on Japanese Energy Healing System and Modality. A qualified Practitioner provides light hands on touch delivering Reiki while the client is fully clothed. Reiki is a beautiful system when one is seeking relaxation, de-stress, clarity, enhanced intuition, empowerment, release and/or a deeper connection to their body

Breathwork is also known as Pranayama which includes many styles of breath practices and techniques. Here at The Soul Medicine Space I offer gentle meditative breathwork throughout my Reiki and Restorative sessions. If you wish to go deeper with your healing, I recommend my Breathwork Healing Journey Session where you will experience a dynamic and transformative 2-part active breath that will create an activation and palpable release within your physical and energetic body, nervous system as well as subconscious mind

This is my favorite form of Asana. This style of Yoga creates a spaciousness within the body and mind that allows for a deeper connection to body and mind. All postures are low to the earth and held for an extended yet comfortable amount of time utilizing props for deeper support

Hello fellow Reiki friend, I’m so happy your path has led you here!
I have been a Certified Reiki Practitioner since 2009 and Reiki Teacher since 2017.
Over the years I have developed an awareness that not all Reiki Practitioners feel fully ready, confident enough and prepared to begin their practitioner journey. I too have been there!
With this awareness, I developed a deep passion to be of assistance to any newly or seasoned Reiki Practitioner that has found themselves questioning their path.
From this, Reverence has been birthed.
What to expect from our time together:
During our time together we will dive deeper into your why to unearth your own Unique Sacred Medicine
We will ignite clarity and a more embodied and rooted understanding of your potential offerings
This is your time time to brush up on your skill and to practice Reiki to build your confidence and trust in self
Also a time to ask anything you may need clarity on when it comes to Reiki ex. Client Work, Self Reiki, Business
