In preparation for your session:

In-Person…

•Get plenty of rest prior to your session and refrain from any heavy substances

•Be well hydrated

•Arrive 5-10 minutes early to get adjusted to the space

•Dress comfortably ex. Yoga/Athleisure Wear

•Bring a water bottle for hydration

•Bring a journal and writing tool for any note taking you may find necessary

Virtually…

•Same recommendations as above

•Create a sacred space for yourself to receive your session ex. Incorporate your favorite tools, crystals, sacred herbs to burn or spray, essential oils to anoint, props for comfort
